Naim most recently finished his first season as an Assistant Coach for boys basketball at with his alma mater, North Point High School. 

 

Before joining Coach Balls staff at North Point, Naim spent two seasons at Shepherd University as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach under Coach Justin Namolik. Naim worked with post players and assisted with recruiting in the Washington D.C. and Maryland area. During the 2019-20 season Naim was on staff with Durham Academy (Durham, NC) where he was the assistant coach for the boys’ varsity basketball team under head coach Tim McKenna. His efforts helped Durham Academy earn a Triangle Independent School Athletic Conference Championship, an appearance in the North Carolina Independent School Athletic Association Final 4, and a 28-5 overall record. Naim also has experience coaching competitive travel basketball with DC Premier UAA.

Naim has also spent time as an Graduate Assistant, youth skills trainer, and has held leadership roles at camps and clinics on the east coast.
